Refund policy

Teknails takes great pride in its quality, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help!

1. RETURN PERIOD We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS Due to the hygienic nature of nail and personal care tools, we maintain strict return guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all our customers:

  • Your item must be 100% brand new, unused, unsharpened, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all seals and tags intact.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number or Confirmation Email).

Note: Teknails reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to charge a 20% restocking fee of the original invoice amount should the items not be returned in a reasonable condition.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (EXCEPTIONS) Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Customized, personalized, or engraved items.

  • Tools that have been removed from their hygienic sealed packaging.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN To start a return, please contact us at teknailsglobalus@gmail.com. Please include your Order Number and a brief reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

5. EXCHANGES & SHIPPING FEES Customers are welcome to exchange or return any products they no longer need, as long as they meet the criteria above. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

6. DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS If your product is defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra shipping cost to you.
